Bill Schultz joined Sand Hill Search in 2002 to head up our San Francisco office. Bill's concentration is on the Venture Capital community, where he enhances our already strong relationships by partnering with VC's to hire those executives and strategic staff members for their portfolio companies.

Presently Bill has developed a strong expertise and network in the areas of Social Networking, Digital Media and Unified Communication. He is an avid consumer of emergent media and is constantly researching innovative new companies.

Bill's executive search background began at Access Executive Search (where he first worked with Lisa Sheehan), specializing in executive search for the Banking and Financial sector. He then moved back to NYC to work with Gainor Services. At Gainor, Bill was the Vice President of Operations, managing Outsourcing and Strategic Staffing projects for top-tier companies such as Bear Stearns, Citicorp, Doubleclick, Marsh & McLennan and Rockefeller Center.
