Avish Dahiya, a recipient of India’s prestigious President’s Award for Excellence in Entertainment/Media Development, is a Global Sourcing Advisor for Sand Hill Search and is an active participant in Strategy, Technology & Global Sourcing. Being a strong advocate of the convergence between Technologies, Creativity & People, he co-founded, and is the COO/President of, DNA Global Network, Inc. which is a Management consulting firm that focuses on “Seamless Global Execution”.

Avish brings 14+ years of global strategy & operations, software technology and media experience in sourcing business development, global marketing and setting up operations in Japan, Europe and the US. Prior to founding DNA Global, Avish was the Founder and President of CWL Global which worked with Fortune 1000 companies, including Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Sony, Motorola, Toyota, Disney, GE, Amada and Lucent Technologies. Under Avish’s leadership, CWL was built to a global team of 450, with a state of art global facility, leading to a successful IPO (market cap of $100M).

Avish was also responsible for its major strategic overseas acquisition of Oscar and Emmy Award winning studio, Vision Art, which he merged with CWL Global’s award winning creative division, Digital.Art.Media, (DAM), which earned 9 Awards internationally.

Avish holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology degree from India as well as a Strategic Decision and Management Certificate from Stanford University.
